Five star even at -9 degree. Great rooms, specially on first floor (no. D-8 to D-11). Running hot water in tap, even we could manage a hot shower at such place. Good food and services by Jigmet and his colleagues. Room heater, extra blanket (though rooms are cozy enough and that extra blanket was of little use). Intelligent plumbing work, that ensures running water as well as good drainage. Given my experience of two previous Tsomoriri stays, its Oasis in Desert. Only suggestion...please provide ventilation in bathrooms.

Genuine Review! Hotel Grand Dolphin is one of the best hotel in Karzok(adjoining Tso Moriri) if not the best. I'll explain why: 1) The owner - Tsering Dolker is simply the best. She gave us good discount on the stay. She gave us the best room available with the hotel. We were unable to pay the hotel charges since we didn't have any cash and due to no internet/electricity in this town, no payment services were active. She allowed us to go back to leh and pay her via Google pay, showing absolute trust in strangers. Dolker is too good I am telling you.

All stays in Tso Moriri are very basic. This place is really good because it offers majestic views of the lake and the mountains around it. Rooms and bathrooms are clean (Preferable to tents as it gets very cold at night). Food was good. The best part is the service. Staff is incredibly thoughtful. Some of the other guests were bothering us. None of the their fault but they took note and apologised to us which was incredible to see from a small establishment.
